Application Received - January 2012 (in process thru "ECAS")
File number sent thru email - February 2012

it's almost 15 months later but still no response from immigration. Is there anyone which is same in my condition? Thanks

I have the same timeline as you, don't worry something will be done to your file very soon. Just stay positive and use this period of waiting to be making plans in respect of your relocation and stop disturbing yourself. Which visa office are you?. most of the visa offices treats applications in order of "FIFO". cheer up.

Hi Gabrilla, thanks for a very encouraging response. I didn't know that there is someone which is almost same timeline like mine. I submitted my application for PR in CIO Sydney Nova Scotia. Are they doing a process inside Canada? Exactly in N.S.? What do you mean "FIFO"? I applied via arrange employment. How do I know or check the processing time of my application?

Hi,
Your app must have reached to your respective visa office by now. Just send CSE (case specific enquiry) to your VO and don't forget to mention your reference file number. You will get the reply within a weeks time and know the status of your application. Cheers
