I live in Saudi Arabia and sent my application package as instructed in the website to CIO in Nova Scotia, Canada on May 16th and didn't hear from them. Is the destination correct? did any of you send his application to CIO? did he hear from them?

The destination is correct and, they do not inform about it immediately. There are certain steps that are involved.
