Please I want to reapply again with the same letter of admission . First time I applied 23 November 2018and I’ve got answer 14 January 2019 courses start till 4 March 2019

Well if you apply with the same letter you will get the same answer. Something has to change..
What is the purpose of your visit?
What is your travel history?
 
My purpose of visit is to study formation in mechanics and my travel history I went to USA 2 times each time I spend 5 months but my us visa got cancelled without prejudice in the border after I was coming back to my country second travel
 
Order CAIPS/GCMS notes to know VO’s comment about your refusal so that you can address it properly.
