Hello, i've applied for a student visa in the 18th of june 2017 and today is 30th of july 2017 and still no respond, they mentioned that it takes 3 weeks te respond and still nothing, and i do have a visitor visa to Canada valid to 2020

I've applied offline on paper

it also takes from 2-3 months

So why did they put it as a 3 weeks does not include the transportation between vfc and ircc, and i called them and they told me it will take maximum 8 weeks

I gave them the passport already with the application, and 50-60 business days or in general

it is average u may be lucky and get it faster .... 50 days from the day of ur application not business days

Aha, is it possible take more than 60 days or what?
Because im very confused and my college starts in 3-9-2017

using online application u can raise special inquiry case to ask them about ur application ..but I don't know about the paper one .. no one could answer ur question .. it depend on the number of applications .. june and july are busy months
