Apologies in advance as I am sure my questions have been covered at some point in this forum.
My partner and I have been looking into immigrating under the skilled worker visa class, which we should qualifiy for. This may sound stupid but we have only just discovered the long waiting times and are disappointed to say the least!
I would really like to know whether we can get a working visa so that we can travel next year and apply for the more permanent visa at the same time/once we arrive?
I would be eligible for a student visa but my partner is not.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
