Its 9 months but did not get visa yet

I submit my file on 20th may, medical and biometric pass but still not get visa. In equiry they said that your file is under pending review by officer.
Can you please tell me that how much time it will take????

Hi, is your visa study or a pr , My case is also going the same way, its been more than two months now, no response from the immigration department, I submitted in online sds , I was expecting the response within 2 weeks , now its already 2 months , submitted web forms 3 times , but to no avail , My course date has already crossed, I don't understand whats happening...

My one is study permit . What is your status in gc key ?
i allready differ my admission letter 2times biometric pass , madical pass and only final decision has been left but its 9 months ,m worried now .
Hope you will get confirmation soon .
And do not fill web form again and again wait for answer.
