Items to carry in cabin luggage and check luggage...

hi guys,
I am in process of shopping and getting ready with things to carry with me. But, i have some doubts regarding the items to carry in both checked luggage and cabin luggage. I would be grateful if someone gives me tips and also what not to include in the luggage. all inputs are highly appreciated..

All the imp papers/documents regarding your entry there at canada, must be kept in your cabin luggage..

Please note, all the liquid items (deodorant, perfumes, shampoos or any thing) weighing more than 100 ml must be kept in checked luggage, otherwise they will be confiscate your item and will not return it to you.
