You don’t choose it. You got submit a expression of interest to a province and then wait for a nomination. Once nominated your points are added.

MPNP requires selection through one of their recruitment missions which haven’t happened in a long time. So most likely not eligible. Quebec has its own immigration system. Honestly get a new immigration consultant or research each program because you don’t even seem to know the eligibility requirements.

I like Hyderabad consultancies very much. They provide utmost services all the time. Or else I will go to Chennai or Bangalore. Coming to it, Bangalore is the best, last time they were very honest and I got a visa to E U in ten days. Because of them I earned a lump sum of at least 40 grand euro at work Txs.
