Hi all,
I might have to move out of the country for a few months and I'm expecting OINP nomination while I am away. I want your help in preparing myself before I go so that I don't face any trouble after going out of the country, while filing for PR.

PCC
1. I have already obtained PCC from my home country. In case it expires, how can I get India PCC done being in US?
2. If I am residing in US at the time of ITA, do I need to get PCC from US as well? It won't be over six months of stay in US for sure at that time.
3. CIC website states 'For countries in which the applicant no longer lives, the police certificate must have been issued after the last time the client lived in that country'. Does this mean I should get PCC issued after I leave India for job transfer?

Work Exp
1. All the employers have refused to put in remuneration into the reference letter. I'm planning to provide annual compensation letter and last 3 payslips. As well as government tax statements.
2. My current employer declined to issue roles and responsibilities in the letter. I'm planning to print these details in a paper, and get my manager's signature, her e-business card printed on a paper from the company's address book.

POF
1. I have several fixed deposits made with maturity period of 45 to 90 days. And they are auto-renewed. Although I'm planning to get this clearly mentioned in the bank's letter, the trouble is how to get this letter from an Indian bank while living in a foreign country?

Other Names
1. Although I never used any other names, my name is spelled differently in educational, work and passport documents. Like a missing space and single initial for last name. I have got an self-declared affidavit made while applying to OINP. would that suffice?

Any other stuff I should prepare before leaving my home country?

You can get it from the Indian Embassy.

I'm not sure about this, but I don't think so.

Yes.

I think this should be fine.

2. My current employer declined to issue roles and responsibilities in the letter. I'm planning to print these details in a paper, and get my manager's signature, her e-business card printed on a paper from the company's address book.
This is fine.

I'm not sure.
Perhaps you could have it sent to you.

Thanks istari. I'm still trying to figure out the POF stuff. Indians could be of help here since it's about Indian bank.
