ITA Uploading Passport Copy to CIC

May be a silly question but when you are uploading your Passport copy to CIC do you have to scan ALL pages of passport or just the photo page and any other pages with visa entries on it?

Also if I have a fairly new passport do i have to scan my old passport with old visa entries in as well?

Current and valid passport only - bio pages, stamps and visas in your passport (if any).

Ok - but what if some of the visa entries declared within my 'travel history' are in my old passport which expired in 2012? I have filled my last 10years worth of travel from 2007 to current?

The answer remains the same, you are only required to provide current and valid passport.

The passport upload section is not to "prove" travel history. It's an ID document. They can scan international databases to track your travels.

My document checklist mentions the below:

Passports/Travel Documents (Multiple) (required)

If I am required to upload pages only from my current and valid passport - then why does the required document list mention - MULTIPLE?

[ I did check the explanation for the document in the pop-up window - it does say that I must submit only the valid passport ]

Please help!

It doesn't hurt to provide scans from the old passport also, but not required.
