ITA - Travel History?

Hi Guys

When filling out the ITA form it asks for travel history for the PA / Spouse for the last 10years.
How accurate does this have to be as i cannot remember the exact dates of some holidays back in 2008?!? Do they cross reference/check this information vigorously or is it just meant to be indicative.

If you have stamps on your passport then you will have to mention it. Otherwise there is no way of knowing it.

Yes - Some stamps for eg are in arabic and i cannot read them clearly as they are half faded...So i am guessing the dates the best i can but i dont want this to come across as fraudulent.
