ITA submission and 60 day deadline

Hi,

I got an ITA on 2nd November and I am waiting for my PCC and employer reference letters.

1) Can I submit the form now and send the documents when I get them during the 60 day deadline? Or do I have to upload the documents immediately after submitting the acceptance form?

2) Once i submit the form, can i still decline the invitation if I cannot arrange the documents in time to be considered for future rounds? Or is this not possible after submission of the form

3) I had mentioned relatives in canada for my spouse but it would be difficult to get the documents from them, considering that having relatives does not carry points under express entry, can i safely remove them from my application even if I had mentioned them before getting the ITA. Will this negatively impact me? Do i need to mention the reason for removing them in my letter of explanation?

1) No, you have to submit all the documents together. You can however upload them whenever you'd like.

2) If you submit your application you cannot decline the invitation. Only if you decline your invitation before submitting anything you will be back in the pool.

3) It could impact you if you are FSW and you fall below 67 points. If that's not the case, remove them and write a LOE.
