ITA Status Still showing "not appllicable" after 12th draw

am really freaking out... seeing a lot of folks on this forum who have received the ITA today after the 463 cut off.
I have 464 and my profile is still saying the above.

Do they only sent ITA if you have created a profile in the job bank?
I submitted my form on 8th July and the score updated on my profile a day later.
Is there anyone still waiting for an ITA?

Your EE profile is activated only after you create a job bank profile. If you haven't done that yet, do that right away.

A profile in job Bank is also required as only then you are eligible for express entry completely.
