ITA received - Need some guidance regarding NOC 7246

Hi everyone.

Although an Engineer by qualification, I havnt been able to find job in my relevant field, so I have been working as a Cell fone repair technician (NOC 7246) for the past one year. Now as one year has gione, I have just received ITA yesterday with my overall points jumped to 480. I dont have any formal education in Electronics or Cell fone repair and the Engg degree is in another field. So my question is:

i) what problem I can have if I apply?
ii) ITA is under Skilled Worker Category- Should I decline it now and wait to get another under CEC?

How did your points jump up to 480 ? did you mention your Canadian employment experience ?If yes then you have to claim points through it

whats the major of your engineering degree ? is it somewhat related to Telecommunications installation ? If yes than go for it If you are not a mood to switch this job for long term ? If its entirely different such as Mechanical and Civil then your work experience wouldn't count? Electrical/Electronic/Telecom/Communications related degree can work out well with your experience !
