ITA Received, can't provide PCC and other docs. What shall I do?

I just receive the ITA in the May 4th draw for Ontario. However, currently I am in the US on a work related project. I won't be back until its pretty much August. Surely I can't get the PCC done, with I being here. And I guess I need to provide those docs within 3 months. Am I screwed up already?

Can you apply for PCC from local Canadian embassy? Dont know much, but throwing this idea.
