Friends i have a small question.

I am uploading ITA documents, my wife is doing Bachelors ( who is not the primary applicant and i haven't claimed her educational points) i don't have her transcripts for 2 years from her university i only have her Admission documents.... should i upload only her admission documents or delete her information for her Bachelors.

You're not claiming points for her education so remove it from that section and add it to the personal history section. You wont be required to upload any documents this way.
