Yes.

Guys, from what I read here, unless the appointments are really tight to get for medicals, there is zero value in doing medicals well in advance. It is best to do medicals post ITA, just few days before document submission. By doing that, one will have sufficient time to do landing after receiving the COPR because medicals need to be valid at the time of landing. By doing it well in advance, one is putting themselves to the possibility of another medicals before landing. I really wouldn't want to do that.

The medical cost here in London is £300 per person and it will cost £600 for my wife and I. I don't want to redo medical and therefore, I am planning to do it only after I get ITA.

Cost is one factor. And I find it very stressful in anticipation to have a normal outcome. I really don't want to have that kind of stress twice.

Medcial is valid for 1 year and you have to land before your medical expires.

I am already in canada and am CEC applicant. Can I used the same certificate for EE as well?

I think it must be dated 6 months before eAPR. Not sure.

My wife and I are in good health. So we are not worried there.

Cannt I used the one I have, which took on October 13, 2016?

My score is 452..
Not very advisable with that score...because by the time you get an ITA (Hope you do so soon enough) and then apply it will be another 3 months probably, add another 6 months (at least) for IRCC processing and when you get your PPR/COPR low and behold your medicals have expired even before you are able to land.

Then you have go for it again...

So now decide...yourself.
