ITA expired, applied again, new ITA received again with new profile. Urgent help

Hi.

Our Invitation to Apply (ITA received on 12 January 2017) got expired as we couldn't arrange required documents in 90 days time. then we decided to make a new Express Entry profile and entered the pool again.

And thankfully we got new ITA in 19th April draw.

Now my question is, can we use medical test which we went through in February 2017 (for last ITA of January 12) in case of this new ITa which we received recently? Or do I need to go for a fresh medical test for the new ITA?

What if I upload the last medical test acknowledgement copy and it doesn't get recognized in new e-APR. Pls help

Your medicals are valid for one year so you don't have to redo them. Don't fret!
 
Thanks. But how CIC people identify if uploaded medical report by hospital is for old e-APR (Jan17 case) or new e-APR which I'll be submitting soon?

Your medical report is not tied to a specific ITA or express entry profile. Besides you never uploaded it so it doesn't matter. Once again, as long as it's valid you can still use it.

The medical report will have UMI number. They use this to match the applicant.
