ITA deadline so close & ECA or PCC in Process

Hi,

Guys if you know regarding this scenario or yourself facing this scenario, please share your thoughts.

what if either your PCC or ECA is still under process and you reached the deadline of submission.

- Can we submit the application and say ECA is in process in LOE?
- what are the other options?

I am in not that situation yet but preparing to face for the worst if happens.

You cannot create a profile without a valid ECA, so that question doesn't arise.

For the PCC, you can provide proof that you have applied and tell them that it's taking longer than expected. This allows you to submit your application before ITA deadline, and IRCC will wait to get the PCC before they begin processing your file.
