ITA and BOWP

Hi

I qualified this month for EE and have made profile but my work permit expires last week of june. So, i am hoping to get ITA in the coming draw atleast.

Can we apply for BOWP on basis of ITA or its on AOR only ?

Also, how long does it take to get AOR once we submit all other docs ?

You can apply for BOWP once you get the AOR. It took us about 10 minutes to get the AOR once we submitted the PR application, for others it was a few hours to a day.
