While speaking to immigration consultants at India I have been informed that in Canada for the IT field we don't get relevant openings similar to our hierarchy for the professionals based out of India.
E.g. someone working in mid-management like Delivery Manager/Program Manager ends up getting roles in lesser hierarchy.
Would be great if experts in the forum can guide on the same.
