Dear All,
I am writing this in connection with my status which I think only experts will reply this.
I got 61 points with my language points.
As job offer gives 15 points ,I go to this solution:
I have an opportunity to get a job offer with the following distraction.
Firstly, I have applied for Federal states , but the job offer comes from Quebec'
Secondly , I am civil engineer working as a cost control since one year and half ( I am not sure in that case how many points I will get for Cost Control Job offer on experience points).
Finally, I am in confusion with my status and my decision will be taken upon yours' advise.

I think job offer can give you 10 points and not 15.

For everything else you kindly visit Canada Immigration site and if you can successfully locate answers to your queries you can get PR Visa.

Even 10 point is enough for me .....but I guess it gives 10 point on arranged job offer and 5 at adaptability......but the main point is my career (Civil engineer) matching with the job which I offered for (cost control)
and the second point if a job offer at Quebec applicable at Federal immigrants with zero known of french???

As you have applied as Federal applicant and not for a CSQ, a job offer in Quebec will give you no points.
