It's 100% fake. This is a well known scam that has been taking people's money for years. Do not give them any money or your personal information.

Fake - no employer offers accomodation, food, airfare. Canadians don’t get food and accomodations from their employers. Why would foreigners. Google the address. This is common sense not to fall for such scams.
Because those of us responding live in Canada and can spot a job scam a mile away. This is a scam.
Their web site is also very obviously fake. And as I said before, this particular scam has been around for several years now.
Your choice what you do. But there's no job and they are just trying to steal your money.
