IT/Financial certifications for Express Entry

Hi All,

I have a basic question that when some one is applying for Express entry. Should one include IT certification like SAP/JAVA/ORACLE in the applications and does it have any benefits for the points calculation?

if yes, do they need to be assessed (ECA Assessment) ?

Certifications do not give you points unless they meet certain criteria (being at least a year long, etc). You cannot get an ECA for industry-specific certifications like that.
