filled all my files out and got some help from the forum here about things i filled out wrong i guess
updated everything what was suggested but now it has been month for anything to change or any kind of email
i send multiple emails asking if my updates went threw due to the fact that the update gives me another 80 points
its bee like this for a while now and i dont even know if the update is processed or not

no idea why the pic is so small but main issue is it saying date submitted jan 5th , details :update not submitted, check status or withdraw profile

current points would be 470

any help for stuff like this to maybe email someone different or call ???
been now at home without a job for over a year its slowly draining my bank account :(
 
well thats what i did , updated everything and submitted which turns the file into updated and the chapters i didnt had to update are showing transmitted

Did you electronically sign and transmit the changes?
 
I think you are missing the last step of the update where you sign and verify the changes.

Just changing a part of the application and saving it is not enough to have the changes submitted
