Issues in submitting application fees of UofC

Hey

I am trying to send application fees for masters program for winter 2013 session through my visa credit card from the last two days but transfer is not taking place due to some unknown issues, please kindly tell me the problem and an alternate way to deposit the fees through visa credit card.

They don't have online system for fee deposit. When you enter your credit card details, the details are transfered to Finance department. And some days later they manually deposit your fee using bank services.

If you are encountering problem then you should contact Ms. Noorani Mawji, she handles these fees. She is very helpful.
 
lol first i tried to pay fees through my debit card and entered details many time and now i tried my visa credit card...i hope they will not deduct the amount two times..lol

i submitted the fees of uni of regina without any hurdle and transfer took place in minutes..anyways thanx bro.. i thought there is some problem with the network of un of calgary. :)

Actually they don't have CVV requirement in their system and that is why one can't pay using debit card. I personally paid my fee using a bank draft.

While I didn't encounter any problem is paying by credit card for my TOEFL, uOttawa etc.
 
As i have given the details of visa credit card now, will the transfer take place in next 24 or 48 hours?
btw u r rite bro regina asked for CVV thats why transfer took place easily.

email Ms. Noorani and tell her the details, usually her replies are quick.
 
yeah i have already emailed her :) btw how u do u know her? as u haven't applied to uni of calgary, i guess ;)

I have had a lot of conversation with her and emails too. I encountered the same problem so that is why I know her and about their system. I have applied for MSc but couldn't secure supervisor there so my application is still on circulation.
 
To know about UofC is not a big issue for Inam. He actually knows what kind of documents Canadian embassy in Philippines asks for. Consultants ko iss say tution parna chahiaa.lol
 
anyways bro can u kindly tell me the list of documents i need to provide after my fees is submitted?

You would be require to send the following documents:
1. Official transcript (sealed by the issuing university)
2. Degree/diploma (Sealed)
3. Letter of Recommendation (2 or 3(in some cases) Sealed by professors)
4. Official IELTS/TOEFL score.

It is advised to consult your department's web page for exact details.

i would send english proficieny letter instead of IELTS score, i heard english proficieny letter from uni is acceptable to uni of calgary :P

Confirm it first from your department before sending it. Which department you are going to join?
