After completing the document I click "validate." When I do this the screen just goes blank with a small pdf symbol in the middle. Basically I'm unable to save and upload the validated document (or even view the document after clicking validate). I've tried uploading the document before I press validate but that doesn't seem to work. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong or how to get around this?
