Hello folks,
I'm looking for exactly what forms I should fill and what documents I need to copy to request a temporary worker visa extension. I know MyCIC will provide all details, but when I opened my work permit application, the site bugged and is now when I log in I cannot see my permit application submitted. It shows up as 'not yet submitted'. Tech Support was no use. :'(
As of today, the permit have been approved (I know this only by calling them as I cannot see updates on the page) and shipped last Thursday, and according to the toll free agent, the page should be fixed in "a couple of days". The only options I have now are to either delete the applications (which may refresh the page and fix the issue, or erase my request, so I will not have track of the request), or wait for them to fix it, which is not a good thing either since I have a trip booked.
So, long story short, I'm trying to be one step ahead and have all the documentation required ready to gain time. All reliable sources online point me to the questionnaire/MyCIC page, which I cannot do because of the bug.
I'm wondering if anyone can point me out to the correct form names and documents I need to gather for a temporary worker, open visa extension.
