I am from the Philippines and I am working on my papers to be able to study in Canada.
Anyway, I will be going to Canada together with my common-law spouse. We recently had our medical examination and his results showed an abnormality in his X-ray results. Now, the medical institution wants to do further test. However, we went to another hospital for second opinion and the results were remarkable. They didn’t find anything wrong in his x-ray results.
Do you think maybe we can talk to the medical institution and explain about the second opinion?
