My wife has sponsored me to Canada under family sponsorship plan. I am currently working in Senegal (West Africa), I just came back from leave from India last week, today I received an email stating that i need to submit my passport for visa in India. They asked to Submit the passport through VFS India. but there is VFS in senegal too. if I could submit my passport here in Senegal at VFS.
