When I am uploading a Doc requested Doc by Immigration through WebForm for PGP application for my parents , i am not sure what will be answer for this question in WebForm , in AOR Letter it mentions Case Processing Centre is in Mississauga. Since below questions answer should No ?

What are you asking exactly? You have a communication that specifically states which office. Are you not clear whether that office is in Canada?

The kumbaya maxim is that no question is stupid. But this seems to be testing the limits of that.
