My e-mail to ICAS:
Does ICAS assess such diploma as Cambridge DELTA which is Diploma in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages. It is provided by Cambridge English Language Assessment and accredited in the UK by the Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation (Ofqual) at Level 7 on the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF) and is a 60-credit qualification. Level 7 equates to Master’s level in terms of content.

Thank you for your enquiry.
While it can be listed in the report, no meaningful assessment can be provided for a program that requires less than one year of full-time study. One year of full-time study is 120 credits.

Did anyone get this matter sorted. Since I also have a similar teacher training Dipolomaand worried over its acceptance by WES. pls help
