A Pakistani applicant who has completed a Degree Program in Pakistan equivalent to the Canadian Post Secondary Education Program and has his credential / documents duly attested by Higher Education Council (HEC), Islamabad; Does he require these documents to be attested by the WES / any other designated attestation service as well; before submission to CIC ???
Is WES attestation necessary ?????
