is waiting long time after updating good or bad indicator

hi everyone,
i am so worried about my application as it was belongs to the old system.
i applied in june 2007 my updating was september 30th 2009 now more than 4 months i didnt hear from london embassy i dont know what could be happened and i am so worried can any senior advise pls, and anyone at the same boat with me.
