Is visitor record extension / implied status possible with conditions on original visitor record?

Hi,

I have a visitor record with the below condition and remarks, can I apply for extension and stay beyond my expiry with implied status. I have real reasons that I can support with proofs in my application.

Condition:
MUST FURNISH PROOF OF COMPLIANCE ON ...... at PEARSON AIRPORT TERMINAL 3 IMMIGRATION OFFICE

Remark:
MUST REPORT AND CONFIRM DEPARTURE AT PEARSON AIRPORT TERMINAL 3 IMMIGRATION OFFICE

How long were you given to visit when you arrived.? There was obviously concern about your visit so trying to extend your visit may be very difficult and also may make visiting in the future very difficult since you may have been given the opportunity for a short visit instead of being denied entry. If you fail to return home at the agreed upon date you may be denied entry the next time. What was the reason you were given a limited stay and how has the situation chnged?

I was given three weeks. My initial intention to be in Canada was to accompany a minor international Student, and is still the same. We had to leave Canada for an urgent matter and upon re-entry the Officer stated that my child doesn't need me as a Guardian. He stated my elder study permit holder can be the custodian.

The education board at minimum requires a parent or a 25 years and older PR or Citizen that can be a Custodian. We dont have anyone that fulfills this requirement, but myself.

If I leave I will have to take my minor with me, which being in the middle of the academic year will greatly affect their studies.

We also mentioned this intent completely in our initial applications from outside Canada, all of which were approved.
