Are you married, have children? Are your parents/grandparents alive? If yes, You can’t sponsor her but she needs to figure out if she is eligible & her scores high enough for Express entry. She needs to take language tests & get her education assessed. Vision problems aren’t necessarily grounds for medical inadmissiblit’s.

Thanks for your reply,Yes My parents are alive, If she take language test with the help of extra arrangement may be she can do it ,but one more concern she is taking some nuero medicines is it a problem when it come for medical examination

It will depend on the costs of the health care she needs per year. If the costs of this care in Canada are under $20K per year, then she should be fine. She will need to include the costs of medication plus any doctors and any social assistance support / extra arrangement she may need when she calculates this total.
