Is Visa valid after marriage?

I have a multi -visa, and have come to Canada to get married.
Then I apply Family Class sponsorship outside of canada.
Is my visa valid for my next visit to Canada? or it's cancelled automatic?
Please help me, because I want to back my home while application of Sponsor processing.
