Is ut mandatory to pay university fees before applying for VISA? ??

Is it mandatory to pay fees of university before applying for VISA ??? Or just loan letter and other fund docs are sufficient? ?

it is not mandatory to pay full tuition, but it would show that you have good financial proof to CIC.
ex- you would have enough money to support yourself after paid full tuition etc.

but if you have enough money on your bank account and financial supporters (parents, relatives etc)
you do not need to pay full tuition.
