Is travel between country of residence (Canada) and country of origin supposed to be added in the travel history?

I have never travelled to a third country. All my international travels were between Canada and my home country.

When I was reading the travel history section, my understanding is that travel to and from country of residence and origin does not have to be included. Is that correct?

If it is, I do not have to include anything in the travel history form, right?
