Is thyroid gets checked in medical, can it cause medical test failure? Need suggestion...my wife got recently diagnosed with moderate thyroid... I am expecting medical request in next month....

Please suggest!!! should I think about delaying medical for a month or so.

I have an underactive thyroid and have been told not to worry about it. They are mostly looking for things like HIV/AIDS, TB, Cancer etc. Mostly diseases that would be expensive to treat.
