hi sherry00

I believe that the only way for your application to get processed quickly is if you prepare for it in advance. Consultants are hired in order to facilitate and organize the presentation of your application.

Its just a myth that if you apply thru consultant the process will be faster... If you present your application in proper way with minimum errors then it will be processed quicker anyways

NO it is not
The only thing that can fasten your application is your preparation of docs and that you follow the instructions carefully

You do not need to hire an immigration representative. It is up to you. Your application will not be given special attention or guaranteed approval if you use a representative.

And there you have it, straight from immigration. There is no special treatment or faster processing if you use a consultant. Some peoples applications have suffered because they were careless with filling out their forms or paying their fees on time but this can also happen when you use a bad consultant. Careless consultants have also damaged peoples applications with delays in sending in forms or asking for documents.

I don't think so, you can do it by yourself, and it can be even faster than 10 months, mine will be over soon, and it will be exactly a year, but after getting response from CIO I sent my documents only after 3 months, so it means if I sent sooner, it would be over within 9 months. This is just my personal opinion.
