Is this the elusive OWP??

Hi all,

I just received an email with an attached letter saying I have been approved a "Permit - WP-EXT / Permis - PT-PROR" - is this an open work permit? Have been reading old threads regarding this ambiguous title and it would seem so but want to be 100% certain before I tell my to-be-employers.
