Which site? You haven't provided a link.

I'm not sure what you mean by real. If you're looking for a job offer, they are effectively impossible to get because employers aren't willing to go through the process to hire a foreign worker. If anyone is asking for money in exchange for a job offer - or offering to pay for your flights or food or accommodations - it's a scam.

You should focus on applying to immigrate through a program like Express Entry rather than looking for a job offer.

Are you asking if this site (Canadavisa.com) and the forum you're on is real?

Yes, this site is real. Don't take my word for it, just read some of the many thousands of posts on this forum and you should be able to tell that it's real.

In addition, this site is hosted by a law firm. The way to tell if a lawyer is real is very simple.

1. Find out which province the lawyer is in. In this case, the firm claims to be in Montreal, Quebec.
2. Find the website of the Bar Council of that Province - https://www.barreau.qc.ca/en/
3. Every Bar Council of every province will have a publicly available directory of lawyers. For Quebec - https://www.barreau.qc.ca/en/directory-lawyers/#!/search
4. Put in the lawyer's name. You just need to put his first and last name, you don't have to fill out the rest of the form
5. Now you should get a result. In this case -https://www.barreau.qc.ca/en/directory-lawyers/#!/detail/c5-a75fK-g0tCRblWdZgyqrkQcWBgu-e6BC5qfnKgxI
6. The profile page will list the lawyer's official email address and phone number. You can contact them via this information and cross check it with the information listed on the website you're trying to validate.

This process will work for any lawyer in Canada, in any province. If you ever get an email from a "lawyer", you should be able to quickly verify their credentials from a trusted third party - the Bar Council of their province.

Appears to be an aggregator that acts as a middleman between you and a Registered Consultant. Doesn't look like an outright scam, but you can skip the middle man and find a Registered Consultant yourself, and skip the $800 fee.

However, I don't think this site is a complete scam, at least at first glance. If you use their services and get the name of an RCIC or Lawyer, you can look up those people on the ICCRC/bar council website.
