Is it possible for a paid legal representative not to be sure where my file is? They keep telling me that my case is in Buffalo, but on CIC website, it states NY and I received medicals from New York office.
They have sent an inquiry to find out where, no reply as of today................This is crazy.

Sounds like you are paying for a service that you are not receiving.

Please explain what you believe has happened so far, others may be able to guide you.

I'm just frustrated cos since 2009 i signed with them, my case has been transfered to about 7 different paralegals. I deal with a different person at each stage, which i think is wrong. I actually made them aware of the discrepancy of the offices.
I am waiting for PPR, but have no idea which VO it will come from. I actually sent inquires to the VO myself, but no response.

It appears Buffalo transferred the file to New York, so any PPR will come from New York.

My CIC info online never showed Buffalo right from the beginning. It always stated "your file has been transfered to New York". I thought it was just one office in the whole of New York until I joined this forum.
The weird thing is the first communcation received from lawyer's office via VO was from Buffalo.
Do they work together sometimes or what?
