Is this normal?

Landed on Jan 30th and received PR card about 4 weeks later. E-cas still shows 'Decision Made'. I was expecting it to change to 'Complete'.

Ecas is known to be unreliable. My husband's Eas didn't change to Decision Made until 2-3 week after he landed (yes - you read that correctly - after he landed). It didn't change to Complete until around 2-3 months after he landed.

Does it really matter what's in ecas at that point? After we got COPR, we never checked ecas again!
