But I searched in find my NOC it appeared that it is in NOC B Code 4212.

Residential support worker is generally 4412.

What are your job duties?

My job duties are assisting the individuals who have developmental disabilities in daily living in a group home. Giving them medications, monitoring their behaviour, social inclusion of the individuals, helping them to obtain their goals etc.

Have you reviewed the job duties for noc 4212? Do you do at least 2/3 of these duties?

Yes, I reviewed the duties under 4212 and I do most of the duties like assisting the people who have developmental disabilities live in group home, counseling them, include them in the community etc. But the problem is that does the title of my job will create any problem when I’ll apply for my PR or does it says I don’t work in NOC B category.

Your job title doesn't matter. What matters is the job responsibilities that are listed in the letter from your employer. This is what IRCC will use to determine what job you have.

Thank you for replying me and clearing my doubts. I really appreciate it.
