So my wife landed July last year on a conditional pr status. I recently found out that she has a kid from a previous relationship which neither her or her family told me when I married her. Now I feel betrayed and want to end the marriage which is based on lies cuz if I knew she already had a kid, I wouldn't have married her.
What are my options if I want to end this marriage?

You can file for divorce and also inform CIC of the breakdown of your marriage. Once you inform CIC of this, it is out of your hand. CIC takes over from there and make their determination on their next steps in revoking your wife's PR status.

Sorry about what happened to you, yes follow what screech suggests, also I think because she didn't declare her child obviously while landing, she won't be able to bring her child over here, if for some reason, they decide not to revoke her PR.

not declaring her child means that she will never be able to sponsor her child to come to canada in the future regardless of what happens to her visa status.

...devil's advocate .....

Maybe she had that child out of wedlock and gave that child up for adoption in the best interests of both herself and the child ...

For the OP. You do what you feel is right for you. Just remember there might be a very good and reasonable explanation for why she did or did not say anything to you.

For the rest of us, we all know she can't sponsor the child to come to Canada, but perhaps the child is not longer "hers" because he/she has been adopted. Nowhere in the application package does it ask you if you have ever been pregnant and given birth, it only asks, do you have any dependents?
