Is this a BIG problem?

I got ITA last week and I am now entering the details. One of them asks my father's country of birth. I was recently told by my brother which is, let's say, country A. (to my surprise)

However, in 2017, I applied for a Canada Work Permit and succeeded. In the family info form, I answered country B.

Does this cause misrepresentation? I am worried about this.
