Is there still time left to apply for FSW NOC 2171/2174?

According to CIC site, there are ONLY 103 Application received for NOC 2171 so far but I am sure they are still processing May-June applications.

My first package was sent in Mid-May, which was incomplete but they haven't sent it back to me yet. I again sent a complete package about 2 weeks before but I am not sure if this was too late.

One of my friend is applying for NOC 2171 by the end of August. Does anyone think he can make it on time?

Hi, be positive. Off course there is still time to send ur application. This year cap is set on 1000 n not 300 as it was last year. So chill n sit back. I would suggest to send ur application.
