I applied my study visa extension on Sept. 13. And got a email on Oct. 30 told me to send my passport. But until now I still not receive my passport. It is almost 3 months and I will take my ielts test next. I can not go without passport. I called 8882422100 but they can not help. Is there anyone can help me ? Plz someone prof tell me who else I can connect . phone number is the best. thank you so much. Im so frustrate!!!

if you applied through VFS or sent your passport to cic through vfs they will be able to help get your passport back.... but now try email the cic and expplain maybe they had quickly process and finalise your application as they did request for your passport month ago
